“Firm Of The Future” Rickard Luckin begins the New Series of Inspiring Talks for Members attracting interest from more than 80 Members in 28 countries
Keen to gain insights and hear new ideas and ways of doing things, more than 80 Members in 28 countries registered for the first of our new series of Inspiring Stories Talks. Members were promised an inspirational look at what UK & Ireland Member Firm, Rickard Luckin were planning as they look towards the firm’s future, and they certainly delivered.
We were delighted to see Members joining from countries as far spreading as India and Nepal in Asia, Germany and Greece in Europe, Nairobi and Madagascar, as well as across the UK and North America.

In this talk, Steve Revill, Managing Director; Kate Bell, Director of HR and People Development; and Ridhi Bhatt, HR and People Development Intern, at Rickard Luckin, reveal the work that’s taken place over the last 12 months as part of their “Firm of the Future programme’ driven by the Firm's desire to improve both the Client and Employee experience, including:
- Appointing a non-accountant to the role of MD for the first time in the firm’s history
- Plans to create amazing team spaces, with agile and activity-based workplace design in mind (with some amazing photos shown of these spaces!)
- The investments made in people development and HR-related technology
- An exciting wellbeing programme putting their teams physical and mental health at the heart of post-pandemic recovery planning
