Hotel Melia Lisboa Aeroporto is a 5-minute walk from the Lisboa Airport entrance. It offers practical and efficient solutions to run our event. We booked 80 rooms, and there is availability at Star Inn, which is next door.
You must book your rooms immediately but no later than 31 December 2024. After that date, we can't guarantee accommodation at the indicated price.

Booking process:
1. Delegates are to fill out the booking form
2. For a definite confirmation, the hotel will send a link for payment where you can safely provide your credit card details for payment.
3. Once payment is successfully received by the hotel, a final confirmation will be sent.
4. Reservations are only valid if successfully charged until 20 January 2025.
Hotel information
Room rates: Single €145 | Double €165
City tax: Effective September 2024 a tourism tax of €4 per person per night will be charged and collected at the property. This tax does not apply from the 8th night of stay, and children 13 and below are exempt. The local administration has determined this amount. Tax is subject to change without prior notice.
Parking rate: €7.50 / per car / per day (to benefit from the special parking rate, pay at the hotel's reception rather than at the payment machine in the garage.)

Cancellation terms
If you need to cancel your accommodation booking, you must contact in writing Zoltan Paksy at [email protected] or Rachel Pugh at [email protected].
Cancellation is only possible until 20 January 2025. If you do not show up or cancel your reservation for a sleeping room after 20 January 2020, you will be charged 100% of the agreed rate (€145/€165).
