Ricardo Ruiz

Jane Lowden
Jane assists a range of companies with their IFRS reporting obligations, including preparation of statutory accounts under IFRS, producing white papers to support specific accounting treatments and liaising with the companies’ auditors on technical accounting issues. Jane also has experience of preparing conversions between IFRS, US and UK GAAP.

Chiheb Ghanmi
Chiheb Ghanmi started his professional career in 1992 and initially worked for two Big4 (Deloitte & EY) companies. In 1998, he was appointed as a Certified Public Accountant and registered with the ''Ordre des Experts Comptables de Tunisie''. Chiheb is the partner in charge for banks, insurance companies and investment companies, supported by a team of around thirty experienced auditors and consultants. Audit engagements are conducted in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing, ISA. The firm performs audits of financial statements prepared in accordance with local accounting standards as well as with IFRS standards.

Michael Grüne
For more than 20 years Michael Grüne has been an active advisor of companies applying IFRS. He has a wide experience especially in accounting for business combinations and purchase price allocations as well as impairment testing.
